ISO: Ravioli Rustica - Question on your recipe
Misc.I found your recipe really interesting. How do you saute the onions in 2 cups of olive oil? Is it really more like deep frying in that large amount of liquid? How hot do you get the oil? How much of the oil infusion do you put on the ravioli - just a couple tablespoons?
