I owe you one. There's a southern recipe for Smothered Pork Chops on the main board now.
The Yankee version is to brown the chops with onions, then make a gravey out of cream of mushroom soup. Great with mashed potatoes, sliced tomatoes & cukes, and corn on the cob.
