Misc.My Mother-in-law had something similar. She liked well cooked pastas, cut up finely, rice pudding, bread pudding, mashed veggies of all kinds seasoned well (what ever her favorite might be), chicken or tuna salads put through the food processor were also easy to eat. I don't know if this helps, but I wanted to offer these ideas. Good luck to your Mom!!
