ISO: Re: Old Fashioned Rice Pudding

This recipe sounds like what I am looking for - the procedure makes sense. My question is, do you think following the combining of the cooled rice mixture with the milk and egg mixture, that you could put it in the crock-pot rather than the oven for a time (how long I don't know)???
