BLAKE HOUSE INN LEMON POUND CAKE BREAD PUDDING
2 butter pound cakes
8 lemons
6 eggs
1 cup sugar
3 cups milk
Cube pound cake. Place cubes in 13x9-inch pan. Squeeze lemons over cake.
Place eggs and sugar in a bowl and whisk until well combined. Add milk; whisk until combined. Pour over cake cubes. Soak for 1 hour.
Cover with foil; bake at 350 degrees F for 45-60 minutes.
