ISO: Recipe for Chipotles in Adobo Sauce

Last week I picked up a can of Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce. Does anyone have a tried recipe that I can use these in? Also, after the can is opened, how do I store what was not used and how long will it last after opening? Thanks in advance for any help.
