ISO: recipe to make mead bread

Misc.
I would like to try and make a bread using the honey, fruit and yeast mixture left after a batch of homemade mead is done. Has anyone seen such a thing and if not, what sort of traditional bread recipe might be change to accept the mixture? Any help would be appreciated.
