ISO: Red Velvet Cake from an older Betty Crocker Cookbook

I used to make this Recipe as a Teenager. A old friends dear mother gave me the recipe. This was in Phoenix Az. Late 60"s or early 70"s. What I remember most about this recipe is the frosting. There was no butter in it it was shortening and it had the texture almost like whipping cream (not cream cheese)(I think) it came out of a "OLDER" Betty Crocker Cook Book the one with the checker board binder. I lost it many years ago and miss dearly.I'm in my 50"S now so it has been a LONG LONG time ago. Can anybody help me find the Recipe Please ..... Thank You :)
