ISO: Rice Krispies Wedding Cake

My niece has asked me to make a rice krispies cake for her wedding. She gave me a picture of a tiered cake, but I have not been able to locate any recipe for making it and Kelloggs says it is not their creation. The wedding is this Saturday, so I'm desperate!
