ISO: Rice Pudding

Misc.
I am looking for a rice pudding recipe like the one my grandma use to make. She used leftover rice (already cooked) and it had a runnier texture than baked rice puddings. I never remember her using eggs. If you could find on like this, I would appreciate it.
