ISO: Salted Nut Roll???

Misc.

I would like to find a recipe for the salted nut roll candy bar. We bought some homemade ones at the Iowa State Fair this summer and they were great. They have a white filling (maybe like nougat or something along that line) and them were rolled in caramel and then in nuts. We sure didn't buy enough of them so I need to know how to make them to keep the family happy!
