Recipe: Peanut Butter Cookies (no flour)

Desserts - Cookies, Brownies, Bars
Hey Kathy! I think I have a great idea for peanut butter cookies :)

1 cup sugar
1 beaten egg
1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix the sugar with the egg then add the peanut butter and about 2 drops of vanilla extract.

Roll them into a balls, about 1-inch each and place on a baking sheet.

Bake in 350 degree F oven for 10~15 minutes.

How is it? I haven't tried it, but I gave this recipie to my friend and she liked it - you can add some more ingredients (nuts, choco chips, mint...)
