Recipe: Marie Callendar's Hot Bacon Dressing (copycat recipe)

MARIE CALLENDAR'S HOT BACON DRESSING
(copycat recipe)

1 1/4 cups pineapple juice
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Combine ingredients in a saucepan and simmer until thick, stirring frequently.

Serve warm over salad greens and sprinkle with bacon bits, chopped green onions and chopped red and green pepper.
