Help!! A very sweet neighbor has just given us a bag of frozen scallops which prompted an auto response from me for an invitation to dinner tomorrow evening and I haven't a CAH-LUE what to do with them!!! Anyone have an easy, sure-fire winner-type recipe that a hopeless beginner can't possibly mess up??? YIKES!!! What HAVE I done???
