Thank you for the welcome, Micha! I'm sorry that it's so late in coming but I just now stumbled onto it. I'm still learning how to navigate around this site. It's full of sooooo many good things that I find myself going someplace and staying there rather than browse around. I lost track of where I had posted the request for scallop recipes but posted a thank-you on the Heirloom board because that's where I happened to be at the time! OY!! I spent a good part of yesterday looking around... WOW!! Betsy, it's very apparent that you've put a lot of time and effort into your site! It's FANTASTIC!!! As are the people here. I'll stumble around for a while until I get the hang of it... BTW... what's "DH" stand for??? LaVonda
