ISO: searching for aussie maincourse

Misc.
Hi,

Xmas is getting closer and me and my collegues will prepare a Xmas dinner on our laboratory (We work on Utrecht University). For inspiration we got Australia. So we are thinking and searching for typical assie receipies.

So, if anybody can lend a hand, please do!

But be aware of the availibily of supplies here in the Netherlands. I found already some nice examples with emu eggs/meat and kangoroo. Sounds very interesting but I am afraid that the stock is very low (if any) over here...

Thank you for your interest.
