ISO: Shrimp Sauce like Kobe Japanese Steakhouse in Savannah GA

Misc.
I have tried many Japanese Steakhouses but I have only found this shrimp sauce at Kyoto's in Savannah, Ga and Kobe's in Hinesville, Ga. It appears as a cross between thousand island dressing and a white cream sauce. It is very popular in that area.
