ISO: Snowballs (using cocoa puffs and peanut butter)

I am looking for a recipe that is similar to puppy chow called Snowballs. I made it a couple years ago and now I can't find the recipe! They are made with cocoa puffs cereal, peanut butter, butter and a couple other ingredients that I just can't seem to remember. The cocoa puffs are coated with the peanut butter mixture then covered with powdered sugar.
