ISO: Something different potato to serve with lamb

Misc.
I have to bring potato dish for a party ( the guest is cooking Lamb Chops) any ideas for something different ???

One idea I have is to mix potato with orzo pasta, Kalmada olives,tomato,spinach add some egg and bake ???

Anyone have a great pot sidh for lamb ???
