ISO: Soup using campbell's tomato and canned tomatoes

Fifteen or more years ago I made a soup using a can of tomato soup and a can of chopped tomatoes. I remember it had coarsely chopped zucchini and tiny shell pasta, but I don't remember the rest. I can't believe I never wrote it down and can't find it in any of my cookbooks.
Does anyone know what I'm referring to?
