MR. FOOD'S BISCUITS
1 cup sour cream
1 egg
1 cup pancake mix
Preheat oven to 375-400 degrees F. Well grease a baking sheet.
Mix sour cream and egg together. Add (dry) pancake mix. Mix well.
This dough cannot be rolled. Drop by 1/4 cup or by teaspoon onto prepared baking sheets.
Bake in between 375-400 degree F oven for 10 to 12 minutes (adjust baking time if dropped by teaspoon).
