ISO: Sour Cole Slaw -- no sugar or sweetners

Misc.
I'm looking for a cole slaw recipe like a dish I get at a local Kansas City barbecue restaurant. I think some call it Croatian Cole slaw. It has a vinegar and oil dressing -- a great sour flavor with absolutely no sweetness to it, yet it's a bit different than Italian dressing. I can't find a similar recipe anywhere. It also has some pepper and no carrots -- maybe a little green pepper.
