ISO: Southern Palm Salad

I'm looking for Palm Salad that is served in some seafood restaurants here in FL. It's a raw salad with dates, heart of palm, pinapple, lettuce, peaches, and a ice cream type dressing. It looks kind of like lime sherbert.
