ISO: Spicy Batter Fried Fish

We love the fish at Imperial Express, a Chinese restaurant near the Coronado Bridge in San Diego. I posted a message request in January, but I'm reposting it still hoping to get a reply. It is a batter dipped fried fish that is slightly spicy.
