I'm not sure what style it is. There is no sweet and sour sauce with it. It is served without sauce. There are onions with it. The restaurant also serves orange chicken. I don't know if that makes it a certain type of Chinese, or if that dish is becomming the norm. It might have a few cruched red peppers, but my wife can eat it and she can't eat anything too hot or spicy. My in-laws will be here tomorrow and I can ask them for more details. They eat there more often than I since they live there.
