ISO: Stephenson's Apple Farm Cookbook

Am desperate for a copy of the cookbook for Stephenson's Apple Farm. They were out of when I was last there 10 years ago and now they're closed. I'll even pay for a photocopied version. I want to pass along the childhood memories!
