ISO: Stuffed bell peppers using corn ham and cheese (no ground beef)

I am looking for a stuffed bell pepper recipe that appeared on the back of a package of frozen corn. The ingredients I can remember include corn, ham, and a small amount of cheddar cheese. The grocery stor has since gone out of business (farmer Jack's, Michigan). I don't remember if rice was in the recipe. I know that sour cream and/or may was used to make it creamy.
