ISO: Stuffed French Toast

Misc.

I'm planning on making stuffed french toast for a wedding brunch this Saturday, 7/24. It has a cream cheese filling and gets dipped in a 1/2 & 1/2 mixture w/egg before frying. I was wondering if I could bake or broil it instead of having to stand by the stove during the party. Anyone have any suggestions or ideas? Thanks!
