ISO: stuffed peppers

The recipe for stuffed peppers served over pasta or mashed potatoes, made with olive oil.

I just remember she used Adobo Rice. I bought all the ingredience, so here goes. I just don't remember if she cooked the rice before she added it to the chopped meat mixture.

I checked her recipe book and it's not in the one I have.
