ISO: Sugar free custard pie

Misc.
Hi,
I am looking for anything without sugar, especially baked goods. I've been asked to do the cooking for my brother-in-law who is under going cancer treatment. I was totaly flattered. They would like surgar-less things. I will be open to try anything to help them out.

Thanks ,
Peggy
