ISO: Swedish Tea Ring (using 7 cups flour, lemon zest and mace)

Have been searching for months. Lost my recipes when our house burned. Looking for recipe for Swedish tea ring that calls for 7 cups of flour, butter, lemon zest, mace, plus the usual yeast, salt, etc. The recipe makes two large rings. The fillings called for were Apricot or poppy seed. Have found hundreds of recipes but none with these ingredients. Originally found it in a newspaper clipping for a Swedish Covenant Church celebration in the early 1980s. My family is really sad that we lost this of all recipes. Hope someone out there knows of this recipe and can share it with me.
