ISO: Sweet and Sour Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

I have looked forever for a recipe for sweet and sour stuffed cabbage rolls that my mother used to make. She is 93 now, and has long ago lost this recipe which a Hungarian friend gave her. Acouple of the ingredients that stand out in my mind were a spice bag(within unknown spices in it) and sour salt. I would appreciate it so much if someone might know of and have this wonderful recipe.
