ISO: Tarragon Spinach Stuffed Turkey Breast Roll

Butterflied turkey breast stuffed with spinach flavored with a tarragon sauce (gravy), rolled and baked. Sliced and served with the gravy. Found this recipe in a Chicago newspaper in the 80's and have lost it. I've been looking for this for years!
