ISO: Texas Twister with lemons, limes, and cherries

Looking for a recipe or similar to the one found at county fairs. It goes by the name Texas Twister, and contains lemons, limes, cherries and is yummy. But, also quite expensive and only available once a year at the fair:) Any help would be greatly appreciated.
