ISO: The Packinghouse dining company Cinnamon Roll Recipe

The Packinghouse Dining Company is located in Galesburg, IL. It is famous for its cinnamon rolls, which are small and flaky. They are delicious. I have called the restaurant, but the only clue they would give me about their recipe is that it uses bisquick in the mixture. If anyone has eaten these and has a recipe that is very similar, I would appreciate it.
