ISO: Tomatillo and Colorado sauces from Iron Cactus (Austin and Dallas)

Misc.
Last year when I was in Austin, TX, I had a chile relleno at the Iron Cactus restaurant and bar. The chile relleno was good, but it was topped with two sauces that were out of this world! I have never tasted a better Tomatillo Salsa or Colorado Sauce.

If anyone can find a recipe for either or both of these sauces, I will be eternally grateful!

Thanks!

Julie
