ISO: Tomato Jam like Excelsior, MN. / Farmers' Market

Misc.
Hi everyone,
Is there anyone out there who lives in Excelsior or Minnetonka, MN? We recently visited our daughter and family and went to the Farmers' Market on Water Street one Thursday. There were great fresh veggies, Kettle Corn, Roasted Nuts and a stand with all kinds of Jellies, Jams and Preserves. We bought some Jalapeno Jelly and Tomato Jam. Both were wonderful, but, I have been trying to replicate the Tomato Jam since we came home. Right now I have Linda Lou's Tomato Marmelade on the stove. It smells great and I am sure it will taste great. However, I would dearly love to have the recipe for the Tomato Jam from that Farmers' Market. Can anyone help or any ideas? I would so appreciate this.
Thanks.
