ISO: Tuna Rice Casserole from 1970's

Back in the 70's I found a recipe on a box (I think Minute Rice) that included rice, tuna, green beans, garlic powder and either tomato juice or tomato soup. My family loved it. Needless to say I lost the recipe. Can someone out there help me?
