Recipe(tried): Ping (ravioli filling)

I'm so excited to see a recipe similar to my grandmother's! Her family was from Chiaveri near Cinque Terre. Our family has been making ping stuffing for ravioli passing the recipe down through the generations, starting with my great grandmother making them with my nana and my dad. 

Our Ping recipe calls for sweet Italian sausage meat, sauteed, combined with cream cheese, spinach, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and eggs. 

Our pasta recipe is 3 cups of flour, 3 eggs, warm water and salt. We now make the ravioli with our boys and extended family. Thanks so much for sharing!
