ISO: Turkey in a Roaster Oven - I need help !

I am making a turkey in a portable roaster oven. I lost my directions for it. Help !! Do I need to put any water in the bottom of the roaster when I make it. I have a 23 pound turkey. How long do I need to bake it? Any assistance would be greatly helpful.
