ISO: turkey pot pie topped with mashed potatoes and cheddar

I'm looking for a turkey pot pie or casserole recipes that uses turkey, mixed veggies & tarragon as part of the base & is topped with mashed potatoes & cheddar cheese. I believe the original recipe was a Kraft or Green Giant recipe. I made this when I first got married 14 yrs. ago. I still have the picture but lost the recipe.
