ISO: Two-crust apple pie from McCall's Cooking School

I lost our family's favorite recipe for a two-crust apple pie. It was from McCall's Cooking School (Series of recipes sheets that made up 3 binders of recipes). I have made some other apple pie recipes, but my family prefers that one. Thanks for your help!!
