ISO: USA themed cakes

I am looking for a cake that shouldn't be too hard to make that is decorated within the theme of 'Born in the USA'. My son has to help make a cake that will be auctioned off for Boy Scouts. I am trying to come up with something other than an American flag as I'm sure there will be lots of these. I am a fairly good cake decorator. Any ideas or recipes woud be greatly appreciated. Thanks:)
