ISO: Vietnamese Caramel Pork in a Clay Pot

HI! New poster here, but been lurking a few days. Awesome site!!

I am ISO a recipe for Vietnamese Caramel Pork in a Clay Pot. It is INCREDIBLE! Sizzling hot, spicy, sweet, peppery. It's served with plain white rice. Nothing else could do it justice.
