ISO: Vitantonio pasta machine serial # 00772 - information request

Hi I'm new here so I hope I'm asking this in the right area
I just acquired a Vitantonio pasta machine serial # 00772
The items I got with it make me believe its quite old in spite of it's excellent condition
I would like to discover how old it is along with various recipes to make with it
It bolts to the table with a clamp has 3 rollers and you insert the crank into the hole to select each roller that you desire to use made out of good heavy metal
im guessing 1940?
