ISO: West Bend Bread Machine

I have a West Bend "America's Best" breadmaker. It is about 3 years old. After not having much success, it went into the closet. I find myself with more time and would like to give it another try. The only problem is, I've lost the book! I was wondering if anyone might have the recipe and instructions for Basic White Bread for this machine.
