Mine doesn't say America's Best on it but it is 2-3 years old. Here is the basic white recipe and let me know if you want any others.
1 1/2 Pound Loaf
10 oz. (1 1/4 c.)Milk
2 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine
3 1/3 c. Bread Flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 3/4 Tsp. Active Dry Yeast OR 1 1/2 Tsp. Bread machine or fast rise yeast
Use basic bread setting.
1) Add liquid ingredients and butter to pan.
2) Add all dry ingredients, except yeast, to pan. Tap pan to settle dry ingredients, then level ingredients, pushing some of the mixtures into the corners.
3) Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the yeast. Lock pan into bread maker.
4) Program for recommended bread select setting and desired crust color. Program time delay if being used. Turn bread maker on. When done, turn off, unlock pan and remove with oven mitts. Shake bread out of pan and cool on rack before slicing.
For 2 lb. loaf machine raise milk to 12 oz. (1 1/2 c.), bread flour to 4 cups, sugar to 2 Tbsp., Salt to 1 3/4 tsp. and yeast to 2 tsp. or 1 3/4 tsp.
