ISO: What can I do with a turkey other than roast it??

I have a 14lb. turkey in the freezer and would like to do something other than roast it. I do love roast turkey but had one not too long ago and just finished leftovers. I would keep it for a holiday, but it is just taking up too much space. All suggestions welcome..
