ISO: What do I do with my Myrtle

Hi there,
My Mom and I have been growing herbs on our back balcony. All the usual, basil, oregano ect.....However, this year we decided to grow some myrtle. We were wondering if anyone has any recepies they might like to share which would incorporate this interesting herb!? If you wouldn't mind sharing we would love to hear from you.
