This has been my first week of canning anything.
I was scared at first to try but after 1 week of canning it seems like I've been doing this longer.
I built shelves down my basement in a section that was being made when I bought the house about 8 years ago.

Heres what I canned this week, my first week.

10 jars (16oz) Bread and Butter Pickles
21 jars (16oz) Italian Style Diced Tomatoes
2 jars (32oz) Italian Style Diced Tomatoes
6 jars (32oz) Spiced Pears
2 jars (32oz) Cinnamon Apple Sauce
